Terms of Service for InfoSec

Welcome to InfoSec at infosecclass.com. These terms apply to all course enrolments, digital materials, and merchandise.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using any InfoSec offerings, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with purchases.

2. Services

InfoSec provides instructor-led and self-paced security training modules covering vulnerability assessment, secure coding, and incident response. Course materials and schedules are detailed on our website.

3. Info-Products

Digital resources include downloadable guides, templates, and recorded webinars. Access is granted upon purchase and linked to your account for the duration specified.

4. Goods

Physical items such as branded apparel and hardware lab kits are sold through our online store. Images are for illustration; actual items may vary.

5. Refund Policy

Live course enrollments are eligible for a full refund if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Submit your refund request via contact form. Approved refunds are processed to the original method within 14 days.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to start are eligible for a credit voucher equal to the paid fees, valid for future courses within one year.

For info-products, a 14-day satisfaction period applies. If you are dissatisfied, contact us via contact form. Approved requests result in a full refund processed within 14 days.

For goods, requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a refund or exchange, contact us via contact form. Approved requests will receive a prepaid shipping label. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund to the original method is processed within 14 days.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain specialized workshops or custom engagements are non-refundable due to allocation of dedicated instructors and resources. These offerings are clearly marked as non-refundable at purchase. By enrolling, you acknowledge that fees for these services are final.

7. Transfer of Services

Seats in live courses may be transferred to another individual up to 5 days before the start date. To request a transfer, provide recipient details via contact form. Transfers are subject to availability and approval.

9. Amendments
